2. Information We Collect

• Case Details & Diagnostic Inputs: Information regarding enforcement agencies, debt types, fees charged, and dates of doorstep visits.
• Evidence Vault Uploads: Documents, SMS text screenshots, parcel delivery photos, court notices, and video links uploaded to the Evidence Vault for your personal records.
• Account & Payment Data: Email addresses, contact details, and encrypted Stripe payment tokens for premium document packs.

3. Optional Analytics (consent-based)

With your consent (see the cookie banner and Cookie Policy) we run first-party analytics using randomly generated visitor/session IDs (crypto.randomUUID()), page-view and click events (positions and element types only — never visible text or typed form values), scroll depth and device information. Raw IP addresses are not stored; a salted hash may be retained when the server-side salt is configured. Analytics events are deleted after 90 days. You can withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.

4. How We Encrypt & Protect Your Evidence

All evidence files and case snapshots stored in our Evidence Vault are encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption and stored securely in dedicated databases with strict Row Level Security (RLS). We never sell or transfer your private evidence to third parties or commercial marketers. Debt and legal interaction data is treated as especially sensitive and is never sent to AI models on an individual basis.

5. Third-Party Disclosures & Payment Processing

We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal data, diagnostic responses, or uploaded evidence to third-party commercial marketing entities. Payment transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
