• Evidence Vault Uploads: Documents, SMS text screenshots, Amazon parcel delivery photos, court notices, and Ring video links uploaded to the Evidence Vault.
• Account & Payment Data: Email addresses, contact details, and encrypted Stripe payment tokens for premium defense packs.

3. How We Encrypt & Protect Your Evidence

All evidence files and case snapshots stored in our Evidence Vault are encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption and stored securely in dedicated PostgreSQL databases with strict Row Level Security (RLS). We never sell or transfer your private evidence to third parties or commercial marketers.

4. Partner Solicitor Referrals

If you explicitly request representation or export an intake packet for SRA-regulated partner solicitors, your case snapshot and evidence files will be transmitted securely to the accredited solicitor firm handling your case.
